Jason T. Roth, Principal Broker/Owner
Jason Roth moved to the Wood River Valley with his family in July of 1977. Mr. Roth began attending valley schools in the 3rd grade at Hemingway Elementary, then later graduated from Wood River High. He went on to graduate from The College of Idaho having earned a Bachelor of Science degree, plus a Creative Writing minor.
After a brief stint with the Idaho Fish & Game Department and guiding salmon fishing in Canada, Mr. Roth came home to continue working in and around what he grew up with: land and construction. Upon his return to the valley in 1995, Mr. Roth founded a successful, high-end kitchen & bath design firm in Ketchum. In 2003, he sold his remaining interest in that company in order to focus full time on real estate brokerage. He has been a licensed Realtor since 2000.
In 2008, Roth was chosen to participate in the year-long, “Honorary Commander” program at Mountain Home Air Force Base; an unforgettable experience which culminated in being selected to receive a 1.6 hour orientation flight aboard an F-15E “Strike Eagle”. Roth lives in Indian Creek with his wife Tamra, daughter Ashelynn and Labrador Retrievers Tana, Kitty and Quinn. In his spare time, he will most likely be found fishing, hunting or spending time with great friends, family and/or dogs.

Mark Kelly, Investments/Acquisitions
Mark Kelly has over 25 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry working for some of the largest developers in the nation. Mark is a third generation home builder and land developer. When an earlier generation of the Kelly family entered the Real Estate Development Industry in Southern California, the firms built more than elegant and durable custom homes, apartments, and condominiums. They also laid a priceless foundation of integrity that carries through to the present time. Continuing testimony stands now at, for example: Kinneloa Estates, a private estate area of Pasadena; Villa Mallorca, condominium project in La Jolla Village; and Mill Creek and The Huntington Apartment complexes in Orange County. Mark graduated from the University of Southern California, Business School of Finance with an emphasis in Real Property Management and Development. Mark has worked in leadership capacities with such companies as: Ryland Homes, Lennar Communities, William Lyon Homes, Inc. and Lyon Apartment Communities, and The Irvine Company – Apartment Communities. During his five year tenure at the Irvine Company Mark oversaw the development of over 3,000 apartment units in the San Francisco Bay Area with a ¾ of a billion dollar market value. While working for Lennar Communities, Mark oversaw the approval of Vesting Tentative Tract Maps and final engineering for over 12 planning areas within the Coto de Caza masterplan including the coordination of the development of the “South Golf Course” (18 hole Robert Trent Jones Jr. design) and over 2,000 residential home sites and accompanying infrastructure and the disposition of subject tracts to merchant builders. In 2000, Coto de Caza was awarded the ULI award of Excellence for large-scale community planning and livability. The Community was singled out for being “green before green was cool”, best expressed by its sensitive land planning and exceptional landscape design (especially the use of large specimen oaks and stone walls-both of which Mark advocated strongly in addition to reducing densities and preserving natural resources while adding value to the lot sale revenues due to providing a more unique and under supplied product). Mark started Mark D. Kelly Consultants Inc. in 2008 and he, his wife Kelly, and three kids realized their life- long desire of living in the mountains by moving to the Wood River Valley. Shortly after arriving in the valley Mark developed a partnership with Pete Whitehead and they formed KW Real Estate, Inc. Mark loves skiing, snowboarding, windsurfing, surfing, fly-fishing , hunting, mountain biking, hiking, motorcycling, photography, and travel. Mark loves his family and the beauty and lifestyle of Wood River Valley.
